Meet the OML Team

Anita Wiafe – Executive Director
Anita Wiafe attributes the company’s growing success to a combination of her own background and ambition and a healthy dose of sheer determination and diligence!
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Psychological Society. She is also a practicing occupational psychologist and an accredited Level A and B assessor for psycho-metric testing.

Anita established OML primarily for non-for- profit and SMEs to access HR and Training professionals at an affordable cost. She has many years’ generalist HR, Recruitment and Training experience working in senior roles providing advice, support and project work to non-for- profit and public sector organisations. She wanted to use her vast experience in a way that provides the maximum reward to her clients and their employees. 

She founded the company with the belief that OML could enable clients to achieve their full potential and increase organisational performance, through Learning and development, effective Human Resources Management systems and a top down- bottom- up approach to managing people.

Anita, amongst other things, runs employability skills training and career development programmes with young people in one of the deprived boroughs in London, Hackney, to drive forward her passion and commitment to raising the aspirations of young people from deprived backgrounds, through training and development; to equip them to be able to compete in the job market. She also offers HR advice and support to small charities and social enterprises in her free time.

Vendie Mathews – Employment Law Consultant
Vendie is our in-house solicitor, she provides us with legal advice and support on employment law issues. She also manages our contract work and some of our employment law seminars. She is a member of the Law Society and has worked with law firms such as McClauly-Slowe Solicitors.

Baroness Addo-Anum – HR Consultant
Baroness supports with HR projects and also manages our email and telephone advice line as well as providing hands on HR support to clients. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Baroness previously worked in a Law firm where she dealt with various HR issues.

Quincy Kusi-Appouh - Sales Consultant
Quincy is responsible for sales. He promotes our services to our clients. Before joining us Quincy’s worked in sales in retail providing efficient customer account management.

Paolina Bunga – Administrator / PA to the Executive Director
Poalina is responsible for support services. She also provides PA support to the Executive Director.   Her background has been in providing efficient office administration in a wide range of professional working environments.

Naz Keeran – Career Coach/Trainer
Naz is a Career Coach, with a specialty in helping clients through career change or career development consistent with their skills and passion.

Naz works with individuals as well as organisations. She tailors the career development work within organisations according to the organization’s performance needs and individual team members’ talents and goals.

Naz has a degree in Maths and Computing and PGSE in Further Education. After a successful career in Education as a Teacher, Naz has made several career changes including running her own business as a Wellness Coach until 2003. After working in HR environment in Training and Recruitment, she found her passion in Career Coaching. After achieving her coaching diploma she has mastered her skills through working with specialist career management organisations such as Women Like Us as a Career Coach and Workshop Facilitator.

Here is what she promises:

To Individuals: “I believe in the importance of making the right career choice, as it affects all other areas of our lives. I’ve been there, searching for work that matches my life’s purpose, which is why I can support you to find your path with a high level of competence and compassion.”

To Organisations: “I offer holistic services/solutions to career management issues. I have worked in a variety of organisations with a wide range of people. I understand first-hand the challenges your staff/clients might be facing, as I have personally changed career several times and also experienced redundancy.”

As a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach she uses NLP coaching techniques to dissolve blocks to help clients to achieve personal breakthrough and growth.

Naz is also an inspiring public speaker empowering people in the areas of careers, personal development and personal change management. She has given presentations to various sized audiences ranging from 15 to 500 over the last six years.

Moriam Bartlett – Equality/Diversity Trainer
Since 1997 Moriam has specialised in Equality, Race & Diversity and as a result has developed a passion for and a positive view of valuing our differences. As an Equality/Diversity consultant, she ensures that both employees and employers understand the importance and benefits of creating an environment that enables all members of a workforce to be equally valued and productive to reach their full potential. Moriam offers consultation and designs and delivers equality/diversity programmes to public, private and voluntary sector organisations throughout the UK. Moriam is experienced at carrying out impact assessments and policy reviews.

Moriam possesses an in-depth understanding of employment rights, redundancy, unfair dismissal, bullying, harassment, discrimination legislation, maternity rights, equal pay and the employment relationship. She is fully committed to ensuring that equal and fair treatment is offered to people in the workplace.

Moriam also works as an Independent Investigator employed by various organisations to investigate allegations of workplace discrimination.
She is a qualified Metropolitan Police Community Assessor and is a member of the Metropolitan Police Assessment Team. She is also a Board Member for NACRO (NCE) and also a member of the General Teaching Council Disciplinary Committee.
